Energy certificate is a document that provides information about
building's energy performance and energy consumption.
Every property for sale or rent must provide that document.
Modul 1.
Residential and non-residential with BRP area less than or equal to 400 m2.
(houses, apartments, business premises…)
Modul 2.
Residential and non-residential buildings with BRP area of more than 400 m2
and complex termotehnical systems.
(multi-storey buildings, hotels, systems with heat pumps…)
